3. The minute your dog begins to relieve themself on the pad, be sure to use cues like GO POTTY.
4. Every time your pet uses the pad successfully, make sure you give them a treat and lots of praise. Treating helps your dog to understand that they're doing what you want them to do.
5. Always remember to dispose of soiled pads and replace them as needed.
6. When your pet begins to relieve themself on the pads, on a consistent basis, it is time to begin moving the pad closer to the door.
7. Keep moving the pads closer to the door until they are actually outside. At this time, the training process will be complete.
